With that said, we have developed the following returns, refund & exchanges policy with our customer’s ease of online shopping in mind. Regardless of your reason of return, there will be no questions asked and you will receive a full refund of your purchase (excluding postage fee) or hassle-free exchange for another item in stock. Online shopping can be hard to trust and we completely understand that. Our flexible policy will give you the peace of mind throughout your shopping experience in our store.

Viris Zamara Returns, Refund & Exchanges Policy Guidelines are as follows:

  1. Any items purchased from qualifies for return, refund or exchange.

  2. If you would like to return your item(s) for a refund (excluding postage fee), please contact us at We will provide you with the appropriate return label especially made for your item.
    * Please note: if you are located in the USA, your return address we provide will be within the USA.

  3. Item(s) must be returned in the original condition and within 30 days from the date that you received the item(s). If in any case, there is an indication of the garment(s) being worn, damaged* without prior notice or heavy perfume and smoke odor – your item(s) will be returned to you at your own cost.
    * If you received a damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible at Do not wear the item or remove the tag as we need to investigate the damaged garment.

  4. After we have issued your return label, received your tracking number and confirmed that your item has been accepted in our warehouse we will process your full refund (excluding postage fee) within 5 business days. You will receive an email from our Customer Service Team confirming your received item(s) and either provide your refund or dispatch your selected item(s) for exchange.

  5. Items purchased in the US can be exchanged for a maximum of two (2) times.
